These are 60-minute sessions of discussion, teaching and orientation on solutions with follow-up.
I exclusively offer my clients 2 powerful tools for change:

Together we assess the facets of yourself that you want to improve.
I trust that in each person are the forces for growth and healing. The goal is to develop a simple routine that will become easy and without too much effort.

Soul
I do spiritual teaching as a tantric guide.
I rely heavily on Buddhist psychology.
Our real nature is to be attentive and to contemplate what is inside of us. Reconnect with love and compassion to live with more gentleness and compassion. Be at peace with yourself and others.

Body
Here I am basing myself on my personal experience and my continuing education on the internet.

To give you an idea, I do all kinds of physical activities like yoga, Pilates, cycling, PaddleBoard and sports freediving.
As for food, I am a "Flexitarian" when it comes to food. I eat little meat. I have a healthy, mindful diet that is low in carbohydrates.

I am not claiming to be an expert, but a guide or role model to help you compose your own personal plan for physical health.

Every person is different again. What is good for me may not be good for you, but by talking, we can make a personalized plan that works for you.
