A beautiful property with an intimate feel awaits you with 10 bedrooms. It is located near to the jungle and the beach of Tamarindo.
You will have access to 2 swimming pools, a large garden, a small river, a private covered platform for sessions and a tower with a breathtaking view of the area.

Here is a typical day of your paradise retreat
The day begins with a an enchanting setting, with service of vitamin water and dynamic meditation (like power shaking) - the dream life!
Then a protein smoothie will give you the strength to focus on your Tantra teaching with sensory meditation exercices. A brunch break will fill you up and set the table for a afternoon of extra activities and swimming in the pool.
A stretching and contemplation session will whet your appetite before a tasty diner and various evening entertainment such as socializing, ecstatic dance, salsa dance classes with guest teachers, cocoa ceremony and rituals, kirtan evening with guest singers and musicians, free evening at the night market, etc.

My mission is to provide you with pleasant and enriching experiences in deep connection with each other and to participate in the awakening of global consciousness in the new Earth frequency.
In meditation I find the relaxation and space to receive myself fully ; to connect with the divine within me. I have searched extensively on the outside to finally find the path to my hearta and self-love on the inside. I am aligned with my inner truth. I decide to be authentic with who I am : a sensual healer who invites to give back to the body the part of the Divine Temple which is to feel fully with all our senses (smell, hearing, sight, touch).
I am honored to share with you my beliefs, my experiences and my wellness tools to guide you to unite in the Tantra experience with other couples who celebrate life. This is a great opportunity to get away from it all and experience a moment out of the ordinary.

Your hosts are waiting for you
Sonia and Stéphane open the doors of their residence to you for this unique retreat. They are dear friends who sold everything in Quebec to move to Costa Rica 2 years ago. They left everything behind and invested a lot of time, money and efforti to build their love nest in their image. Their greatest wish is to share this space with other people of heart with the quest for inner peace.
Sonia practices yoga most morning while Stéphane does weights in the calm of their garden. For those who wish to add more exercises to their stay, it will be possible to join them at sunrise to engage in these activities. Because our common interests, Sonia and Stéphane will be my assistants for demonstrations during the exercises. They will also be available logistical questions and ensure the comfort of the participants.

Costa Rica is a Central Americain Country covered by tropical rainforest and located between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Known for its beaches, volcanoes and world-renowned biodiversity, nearly a quarter of its area is protected jungle, and extremely rich flora and fauna.
Costa Rica also has a reputation as a world leader in sustainability, having doubled it's forest cover in the last thirty years, producing 99% of its electricity from renewable sources since 2015 and dedicating more than 25% of its national territory to the conservation of its national parks, reserves and animal refuges.
