The new premises of Vénus Tantra are nestled inside a prestigious commercial apartment at 2300 rue Sherbrooke Est. In order to protect the privacy of energy and body treatments, I believe it is a good idea to make it a private space and to privilege access to it.
I also wish to protect myself and ensure the sustainability of Venus Tantra's services by handing over responsibility for your Tantric session to you.

Terms of Use
1. I understand and accept that the only public offer made to me by Venus Tantra is one of membership
2. I understand and agree that the scope of this Agreement includes, but is not limited to, all assets used to operate the Membership, such as websites, social media groups, online and in-person conferences/meetings, events, gatherings, premises, documents, etc., are strictly for the use of Members and must be maintained at an honorable level of confidentiality and must not be shared with persons outside the Membership without the permission of the Administrators;
3. I understand and accept, as a fully responsible man/woman, that Venus Tantra is a company for private meetings
4. I join the Society as a private member, and I voluntarily change my status from public person to private member. I do not represent any public official of law, government, legal authority, title or capacity seeking to enforce any type of legal act, code or statute;
5. I agree to waive any right I may have had to file any type of lawsuit, case or public complaint against the Company and/or the individuals participating in the Membership,
6. I understand and agree that the Company reserves the right to terminate my membership immediately if my actions are deemed to be a burden, threatening, irresponsible, destructive, irrational or harassing to members, or are not in the best interest of the Company, and that all access to any goods or services provided by the Association will cease thereafter. I understand that I may withdraw from this Membership Agreement and terminate my membership with this Company at any time;
7. I understand and agree that this level of membership does not grant me any voting or ownership rights in the company;
8. Consideration: I understand and agree that there is a one-time fee of fifty Canadian dollars ($50 CAD + taxes) in exchange for a lifetime membership and to access the Company's member-only products and services;
9. I understand and agree that my use of any product or service made available to me by the Company is entirely voluntary and that I retain the right not to use any product or service offered by the Company.
10. These pages constitute the entire agreement for my membership in the Company and I agree that this contract commenced on the date of my joining Venus Tantra. I declare that by joining this Company, I have carefully read this entire document and that I understand and agree to be bound by it.
Disclaimer
I understand that the Venus Tantra team does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed healthcare professional.
I understand that energy healing or any service provided by Venus Tantra is not a substitute for medical care. It is recommended that I consult a physician or licensed health care professional for any physiological or psychological condition I may have.
I understand that the energy healing provided by Venus Tantra may complement any medical or psychological care I may receive. Venus Tantra is not responsible for my medical, mental or emotional conditions before, during or after any service provided.
I take personal responsibility for my well-being and in self-respect, I gratefully accept control over my choices. My heirs, guardians, legal representatives and I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all claims against Venus Tantra and/or any of their associates or affiliates. I assume full responsibility and am liable for any and all liability for losses or injuries suffered in association with Venus Tantra and/or any of their associates or affiliates.
I have read this Agreement carefully and fully understand its contents. I am aware that it is a waiver and release of potential liability and a contract between the above-mentioned parties and myself. I understand that this contract is binding and acknowledge that I am entering into it of my own free will.
