Do I have to bring anything?

You don't need to bring anything. I provide sarongs for both men and women for the ceremony. A towel is provided for you to dry off after your shower. You can always shower before and after the session. A glass of water will be served upon your arrival. Mouthwash is also available in the bathroom.

CAN I bring anything?

You can always fill the altar with your best energies by bringing flowers, a candle, or a power object to empower. If you have a sarong you love, you can bring that too.

Can I eat beforehand?

It is recommended to eat at least two hours before the session, or just a protein-rich snack with as little processed sugar as possible. Fruit is fine. Focus on vegetables and nuts. This is all to allow your digestion to rest as much as possible, and also for your comfort during the included abdominal massage.

Can I have an orgasw?
